Editorial Policy

Everything published on QuoteStudio is written and reviewed by a named person, not generated in bulk and left alone. This page explains exactly how quotes are collected and attributed, how articles are researched and written, what gets checked before publication, and how to tell us when we have something wrong.

Content Creation Process

  1. How quotes are collected

Quotes are selected by hand, one at a time, and never scraped in bulk from other quote sites — which is how the same misattributed lines spread across the whole web. Each of the 240 quotes in the library across 12 categories was chosen because it says something specific and holds up on rereading, not because it fills a slot.

  2. How attribution is checked

Every quote is published with the author it is documented as belonging to. Where a line is widely credited to a famous name on social media but the documented source says otherwise, we follow the documented source. Quotes whose origin we cannot establish with reasonable confidence are left out rather than published with a guess attached.

  3. How articles are researched

Articles start from a question readers are actually asking, checked against search behaviour and the questions that arrive by email. Claims about psychology, habits or wellbeing are kept within what the evidence supports; where something is a matter of experience rather than research, it is written as an opinion and not dressed up as a finding.

  4. How articles are written

Everything is written to be used rather than skimmed: what the advice asks of you, when it applies, and when it does not. We do not publish filler to reach a word count, and we do not pad an article with keyword repetition. If a topic can be covered honestly in 600 words, it stays at 600 words.

  5. How content is reviewed

Ashish Kathiriya reads every article before it is published, checking the attribution on any quote it contains, the accuracy of any factual claim, and the internal links. Published articles carry a visible publication date, and a "last updated" date whenever they have been meaningfully revised since.

Quality Standards

Original writing

Articles are written for QuoteStudio, not spun from other sites or reposted from elsewhere. Quotations are exactly that — clearly marked, credited to their author, and used to support a point rather than to substitute for one.

Accuracy checks

Attributions are verified against documented sources before publication. Factual claims are checked, and anything we cannot support is either removed or clearly framed as opinion. Where an article touches wellbeing or mental health, it says plainly that it is not a substitute for professional care.

Regular updates

Older articles are revisited when the topic moves on, when a platform changes, or when a reader points out something that has aged badly. Revised articles show a visible "last updated" date so you can see how current a piece is before you rely on it.

User-focused content

Pages are built around what a reader arrived to do — find a line, understand a category, make an image — not around keyword volume. The tools stay free with no account and no watermark, and nothing on the site is gated behind an email address.

Corrections and Feedback

Quote attribution is genuinely hard and we will occasionally get one wrong. When that happens we would rather hear about it than leave it standing.

Who Writes This Content

QuoteStudio is a small independent publication, not an anonymous content farm. One person is accountable for what appears here.
